Okay, here's the bad news: It's $48 annually.
You can post up to twenty clips with picture, title and description from any source (as long as it's your creation) and you can revise and update whenever you like.

You can use various formats like Flash Video, Windows Media, MPEG, MP3, WAV, Quicktime and the quality is up to you. Show My Media does not post- process your material or require a specific media type. We do check out the uploads in case you're trying pull a fast one but all legitimate efforts will be respected.
